You’ll have full digital access for up to 3 years.
After the 3-year access period ends, you can choose to renew and re-host the program for a fee equal to 30% of the current digital price. Renewal includes continued full access plus all updates, upgrades, and revisions.
Generally, summer programs run from Monday to Friday, approximately 9am to 12pm.
Ideally, children should be divided into groups according to their age. The children will rotate between 5 Main Stations: Faith, Crafts, Games, Music, and Snacks. Adult and Teen Volunteers (Group Leaders) lead their group of children through the five different stations.
Along with your Director Guide and station Leader Guides, you will have access to digital videos to help you run a successful VBS. Each video is carefully crafted to fit the theme of each day.
Your VBS program includes two Action Song videos per day. The action song videos allow your kids to learn the action to each song of the VBS Music.
All kit options include 10 Action Song Videos. The physical kit option and VBS Plus also receive a DVD.

Each VBS program includes a Bible Verse related to the theme for each day.
The Bible Verse is integrated throughout all the VBS stations.
As part of teaching children scripture, the Faith Station leader can decide to present a Bible Verse Video to the children.

Each station has a 5 to 10 minute Leader Support Video to help your leaders run a successful station.

Yes, you will have the benefit of having both the physical/hard copy resources, plus access to the digital platform (all the digital files) to share with your VBS team leaders.
The price is an advantage: you save $30, plus there are no shipping and handling fees. The disadvantage in going with digital-only: you have no hard copy books or items to work with.
After completing your purchase, you will receive a link and password to access your VBS program materials. Please save these for future access to the program.
If you are a station leader, please contact the person in your parish who ordered the VBS program. At the time of purchase, they received an email with a simple step-by-step guide and the access password.

We suggest a variety of age-appropriate activities throughout our VBS programs. The music, action song videos and Bible verse videos are very suitable for preschoolers.
We would suggest you sample day 1 of the VBS program themes that interest you. You can sample each of the leader guides, music and videos. This should give you a good idea if our programs meet your specific needs for the preschoolers in your parish.
Yes, as an add-on, you can purchase the Take Home Digital package which gives you the license to share the music, videos and more with your VBS families. Check out VBS Resources in the store.
